Processing time:

Time it takes to make the hats before being shipped: normally 1-4 business days.

In some cases we are able to ship your order within an hour, if it is placed on our shipment days.

Shipping within Canada:

Standard shipping: Canada Post Registered Mail (Tracked) or Tracked Package via Chitchats/ Intelcom

  • C$15 Flat Rate Standard Shipping
  • Package typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive; in rare cases it can take 5 weeks.

Express shipping: Canada Post Xpresspost:

  • Cost will be calculated based on weight and destination
  • Delivery speed is based on Canada Post standards, before the pandemic it was typically within 4 business days after our processing time. See Canada Post website for their most updated guaranteed timeframe. 

 Shipping to the US:

Standard shipping: USPS First-Class or equivalent (Tracked)

  • C$15 Flat Rate Standard Shipping
  • Package typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive; in rare cases it can take 5 weeks.

 Shipping to other countries:

Standard shipping: via Asendia, USPS, or Canada Post

  • Standard Shipping: C$25 and up based on weight.
  • Limited tracking, may not confirm delivery
  • Package typically takes 4-15 weeks plus custom clearance time (varies depending on country) to arrive.
  • Please contact us for express shipping options available, such as Canada Post Xpresspost and UPS Worldwide Expedited.

All shipping costs are calculated at check out once your shipping address is entered. They include postage, packaging, and handling costs.

Insurance (Canada/ US/ other countries):

Packages are not insured by default, but shipping insurance is available for purchase here at a low cost.

Customs and import taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be charged. MimiScrubHats is not responsible for custom delays.

Please provide an accurate shipping address:

Please make sure the address provided is accurate and deliverable. MimiScrubHats is not responsible for undeliverable packages or checking the address for accuracy.

If the package gets returned to us due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address, customers are responsible for the reshipping fees. Reshipping fees include re-ship postage and a return fee charged by the shipper.

Lost parcels:

Once the package is shipped, MimiScrubHats is not responsible for lost or stolen package. We will gladly provide any information available regarding the package; however, we will not reimburse you for any lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable packages. 

Local pick up:

Currently MimiScrubHats does not offer local pick ups.
