Current processing time: 1-5 business days.

After your order is processed (hats being made), they will be marked shipped. See below for shipping estimates.

All shipping costs are calculated at check out once your shipping address is entered. They include postage, packaging, and handling costs.

Shipping within Canada:

Standard shipping: Canada Post Expedited parcel or equivalent (Tracked)

  • C$15 Flat Rate Standard Shipping, or
  • Free if you buy 8+ hats in an order, for a limited time only.
  • Package typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive; in rare cases it can take 5 weeks.

Xpresspost:

  • Cost will be calculated based on weight and destination
  • Speed of delivery depends on Canada Post standards, before pandemic typically within 4 business days. See Canada Post website for their most updated guaranteed timeframe. 

 

Shipping to the US:

Standard shipping: USPS First-Class or equivalent (Tracked)

  • C$15 Flat Rate Standard Shipping, or
  • Free if you buy 8+ hats in an order, for a limited time only.
  • Package typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive; in rare cases it can take 5 weeks.

 

Shipping to other countries:

Standard shipping: via Asendia or USPS

  • Standard Shipping: C$25 and up based on weight.
  • Package typically takes 4-15 weeks plus custom clearance time (varies depends on country) to arrive. Please contact me for express shipping options available, such as Canada Post Xpresspost and UPS Worldwide Expedited.

Insurance (Canada/ US/ other countries):

Packages are not insured, but insurance option is available. Please contact me PRIOR to placing an order for a quote of insurance.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. MimiScrubHats is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please provide an accurate shipping address:

Please make sure the address provided to me is accurate and deliverable. MimiScrubHats is not responsible for undeliverable packages.

If the package gets returned to me due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address, customers are responsible for the reshipping fees.

Lost parcels:

Once the package is shipped, MimiScrubHats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. MimiScrubHats will gladly help you by providing any information available regarding the parcel; however, MimiScrubHats will not reimburse you for any lost, stolen, or undeliverable parcels. 

Local pick up:

Currently MimiScrubHats does not offer local pick ups.
