How long does it take to make my hats?
Each of your hats is meticulously hand made to order. Time I take to make the hats, aka processing time, is between 1-6 business days.

How do I get the Free Standard Shipping discount?
When you place 8 or more hats in your shopping cart, shipping is free, applied automatically. Currently it's offered for Canada and US sales, for limited time only.
Does the hat fit my long hair?
The pixie style I make can accommodate a range of hair lengths and head sizes, including longer hair and bigger head circumference. This is because the elastic at the back is stretchy and the tie at the back can be tied with an adjusted length. Plus, the brim can be left unfolded to allow for a roomier fit.
Can I wash these hats in hot water?
Our hats can take a lot of handling. We use premium cotton that are colorfast and we preshrink the fabric before making these hats. Strong Gütermann thread and durable elastic bands are used to construct them. Hence, you may wash these hats however that suits your needs, hot sanitizing cycle and tumble dry tested. For the best lasting results, machine wash cold and line dry.
Can you make other hat styles?
Currently, I make hats only in the pixie style. That's how I keep the hats in perfection. :)
What currency do you charge?
Since MimiScrubHats is a Canadian store, the products are sold Canadian currency. When you are browsing the store, you have an option to browse in CAD$ or USD$. However, the charge from MimiScrubHats will ultimately be in CAD$.

Do you accept cancellations or returns?
It's my goal to make every hat shipped out a perfection and cheer for your busy day. I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase if the package has not been shipped. However, for hygienic reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges. I do want to hear from you if you have any problems with your order. Please feel free to contact me.
Do you include a packing slip in my order?
To support environmental sustainability, the shop has stopped printing packing slips. If you wish to have the packing slip included in your package, please contact me upon ordering. Gift message, if requested, will still be handwritten/ printed on a paper card as usual.
